We're a well-established mid-size law firm with offices in Kentucky and Indiana seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our Louisville office. This is a great opportunity for a litigator who wants meaningful work, mentorship, and room to grow-without the constant fire drills.

What You'll Do

• Handle a range of civil litigation matters, including:
  • Case strategy and pleadings
  • Discovery and motion practice
  • Depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Work directly with clients and senior attorneys
• Develop your skills with increasing responsibility over time
• Be part of a collaborative litigation team (no sink-or-swim nonsense)

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Kentucky
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Someone who wants to build a long-term litigation career
• A professional who values teamwork, respect, and balance
