We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at 8404 Preston Hwy in Louisville, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, ensuring optimal performance, and driving growth.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost‑effective management of resources
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team to meet organizational objectives
• Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and make sound financial decisions to maximize profitability
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
• Report regularly to upper management on business performance, challenges, and opportunities

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute business plans
• Experience in performance management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, dynamic business environment
• Proficiency in using business management software and MS Office suite
