Third Shift Manager

This job posting is for a General Manager position at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

The General Manager works with their leader to set restaurant goals and creates a plan to achieve them. They lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, follow up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments.

Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. They must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
