We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at 3900 South 7th Street, Louisville, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, driving business growth, and leading a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
- Manage overall financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team to meet business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
