Position: Manager District Sales Large Stores

Job Overview

District Sales Manager, Large Store – Louisville, KY. Lead and develop a team of Account Developers to achieve sales, quality, volume, and revenue goals. Foster key customer relationships, partner across functions, and drive merchandising initiatives to maximize market share and profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Train, coach, and develop Account Developers on processes and procedures to maximize sales and profitability. Set sales goals, timelines, and target lists and track results.
  • Execute all sales programs and initiatives to maximize sales and profitability. Identify opportunities to grow market share, space, and productivity while maintaining customer service.
  • Develop and present sales plans. Set district goals that parallel territory objectives and report key indicators.
  • Conduct market visits and analyze market conditions. Use Red Ride documentation, Tableau, Margin Minder, HANA, and Webi reporting tools to inform upper management of district activities.
  • Manage, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results by communicating company goals, engaging performance management, coaching, and training.
  • Implement continuous improvement methods and embody company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership. Ensure a safe working environment and employee development activities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of CCCI Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery operations with advanced selling skills.
  • Prior leadership and management experience, with good planning, organization, and cross‑functional relationship building.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid in‑state driver's license with excellent driving history.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
