Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to support the CEO in optimizing efficiency and creating capacity in their day-to-day responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in wealth management or financial services, or with experience managing a company or with entrepreneurial experience, capable of managing a diverse range of tasks and initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the company's goals and vision.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Executive Support:
  • Act as a gatekeeper, managing the CEO's schedule and prioritizing meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and review briefing materials, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
  • Delegation and Task Management:
  • Identify tasks and responsibilities that can be delegated to the Chief of Staff to free up the CEO's time.
  • Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and edit communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by liaising with various teams and departments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive organizational success.
  • Coordinate team member reviews and develop and track performance metrics
  • Problem Solving:
  • Proactively identify challenges and propose effective solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior-level administrative or management role, preferably within wealth management or financial services, or similar entrepreneurial experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
