We’re recruiting on behalf of a stable manufacturing facility in Kentucky to support a highly visible, hands‑on Safety & Compliance Coordinator who enjoys working on the plant floor and translating safety standards into practical, workable programs.

The facility operates in a regulated, largely technical and chemical environment. The role partners closely with site leadership to strengthen safety execution, align local practices with company standards, and ensure compliance without slowing production.

• Serve as the primary safety lead for the site, supporting daily operations
• Review existing safety practices and align them with established company guidelines
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement and drive corrective actions
• Support compliance with OSHA manufacturing regulations and applicable NFPA standards
• Work directly with supervisors and hourly teams to reinforce safe behaviors
• Provide training, documentation support, and on‑the‑floor guidance
• Act as a trusted safety resource for operations, maintenance, and leadership

• Hands‑on safety experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with OSHA standards applicable to industrial or manufacturing settings
• Exposure to process safety concepts is a plus, but not required
• Background in industries such as food, chemical, agricultural, or similar manufacturing preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to gain buy‑in at all levels of the organization
• Formal safety or technical education preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

Salary range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00
