Salary: USD $80,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /A

• Lead hourly team members to attain plant production and quality goals while ensuring a safe working environment.
• Manage and own various functions of the business and create an engaged, team-oriented workforce to improve results.
• Coordinate all activities related to a production shift to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining safety and quality.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, direct work; appraise performance and discipline as needed.
• Allocate labor and resources to meet operational needs, including reviewing staffing levels and communicating shift transitions.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, materials usage, and output requirements, including line speeds and set‑ups.
• Support and improve quality initiatives and serve as liaison between production and quality.
• Implement safety programs and revise them as necessary.
• Comply with SQF and GMP practices and report food safety issues.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of related, progressive manufacturing experience.
• Prior team management experience with a proven track record of developing, coaching, and mentoring a diverse staff.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑directed and able to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
• Team‑oriented with a focus on collaboration and performance.

• BA/BS degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field.
