Machine Operator (Fine Blanking Operator / Clutch Machine Operator) at Integrated Living, Inc.

Proficiently operates fine blanking machines in a process that produces precision blanked metal components.

• Produce blanked metal parts, free from defects, using a fine blanking machine.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality per customer specifications.
• Maintain dies by lubricating and visually inspecting for defects and proper placement.
• Assist maintenance department in performing machine-specific preventive maintenance.
• Operate and maintain coil feeding equipment.
• Perform machine-specific cleaning procedures.
• Maintain daily production data by entering part/lot numbers, production counts, inspection results, etc.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Works inside plant where there is a great deal of noise from presses. The work may be dusty, dirty and greasy. Handles sharp‑edged metal and is exposed to chemicals such as oils and cleaning solvents.

Works on a hard surface; stands, stoops, bends and lifts heavy objects (approximately 50 lbs.). Work involves continual movement of hands and arms.

Wears safety shoes, glasses, gloves and ear plugs where required.

High School diploma or equivalent; one (1) year of production experience.

Two (2) years of technical experience in the unit or similar industry.
