Location: Louisville, KY
Pay: $24.00 - $41.00 per hour + $2.50 Shift Differential
Schedule: 3 Days a Week | Every Other Week = 6 Days Off!

- Machinist 1: $24.00 - $29.00/hr

- Machinist 4: $35.00 - $41.00/hr

Set up & operate CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, horizontal mills, portable equipment, VTLs).
Read & interpret blueprints to determine machining operations and tolerances.
Measure, mark, and verify dimensions using precision tools.
Troubleshoot & adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality.
Work on complete assemblies & repairs, ensuring proper fit and function.
Collaborate with engineers & production teams to solve machining challenges.
1-3 years of machining experience (Journeyman certification preferred).
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, setup, and machining principles.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical demands of machining work.
Self-motivated & detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
