Purpose –

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and constructing metal components through precise cutting, bending, and welding, using a range of fabrication tools and machinery. This role requires a strong understanding of technical drawings and a commitment to quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

Duties and Responsibilities –

• Cut, bend and shape metal using equipment such as saws, lathes, drill presses, and grinders
• Weld metal components using MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques
• Assemble fabricated parts into finished products, ensuring functionality and dimensional accuracy
• Perform quality checks to ensure final products meet specifications and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company and industry safety protocols
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and fabrication machinery

Skills And Abilities –

• Proven experience as a Fabricator in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proficiency with metal fabrication techniques, including familiarity with a wide range of fabrication equipment
• Advanced skills in MIG, TIG, and ARC Welding
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and work in dynamic environments
• High attention to detail and precision-focused workmanship
• Problem-solving ability for on-the-fly fabrication challenges
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially when collaborating across departments
• Technical certification in metal fabrication is a strong plus
