Position:
Production Operator, Louisville, KY
Starting pay: $22.05 per hour.
Sign‑on bonus: $1000 after 180 days.
Shift: Day 6:00am – 4:45pm Monday through Thursday.
Mandatory overtime is required.
As a Production Operator you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!
Primary Responsibilities- Following all safety rules, processes and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records, certifications, and permits.
- Operating production equipment in mixing and filling batches of paint.
- Performing quality audits, checks, and tests to maintain standards.
- Assisting with EHS compliance and with other areas in the plant.
- Lift up to 50 pounds routinely.
- Follow detailed instructions and record progress.
- Work in a team environment and take ownership over assigned area of responsibility.
