• Have strong experience in machining and not just a machine operating
• Possess solid knowledge of metalworking processes and machinery
• Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality

• Setting up and operating a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments
• Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production
• Maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Performing quality control checks to meet strict manufacturing standards
