Assistant Conversion Operator 3rd Shift

Our client, manufacturing operations is seeking a Assistant Conversion Operator to join their team. As a Assistant Conversion Operator  you will be part of the production team supporting line operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to troubleshoot and improve performance-aligning successfully with the organization's production goals.

** 11PM-7AM

** What's the Job?*
* + Aid the lead Operator in optimizing the machinery and troubleshooting to support stable production

+ Maintain quality by continually adjusting gauges that control machine speed

+ Complete preventive maintenance to help keep equipment running reliably

+ Perform general housekeeping of the area to support a clean, safe workspace

+ Follow the Sealed Air Safety Program closely while wearing required PPE and assisting with line operations

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE consistently

+ Comfort working in a production environment with ongoing quality checks

+ Willingness to assist the lead Operator with troubleshooting and equipment adjustments

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail for gauge and speed-related adjustments

+ Reliability and readiness to complete preventive maintenance and other assigned duties
