Our client is seeking a Reprocessing Operator
- Nights to join their team in Louisville, KY. As a Reprocessing Operator
- Nights, you will be part of the production team, supporting safe, efficient equipment operation to produce quality product. If you're safety-minded, detail-focused, and ready to take ownership of production execution, this role can be a great fit for you.

** 7PM-7AM

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate repro equipment safely to produce quality product through continual adjustments of gauges that control extruder speed, temperatures, pressures, and winder speeds.

+ Know and follow all safety rules and procedures while maintaining a safe, efficient work area.

+ Produce orders to schedule in order to satisfy customer needs and production requirements.

+ Perform production execution of product labeling and production entry.

+ Complete required quality inspections, testing, and documentation, while maintaining housekeeping and 6S standards on machines and surrounding areas.

** What's Needed?*
* + 1+ year of manufacturing expierence required

+ Commitment to safety and the ability to consistently follow established procedures.

+ Ability to perform routine preventative maintenance and support production needs as required.

+ Strong attention to detail for quality inspections, testing, and accurate documentation.

+ Willingness to assist other team members during breaks and absences and perform other duties as assigned.

+ Physical readiness for frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting/pushing/pulling weights over 30 lbs, plus eye/hand coordination and routine work in a hot room (up to 110 degrees F at times).
