Advanced Machine Setup Operator

• Set up and calibrate advanced manufacturing machinery according to specifications and production requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
• Document machine settings and production data accurately for quality control purposes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machine operation is a plus.
• Requires machine shop training in mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties & layout machining procedures.
• Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience determining dimensions and tolerances of worked pieces.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
