The role will oversee daily shop activities, read drawings, and fabricate ductwork while leading a crew. The position may begin with field installation collaboration before a full transition to shop leadership.
You will supervise technicians, plan production, ensure safety, and coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
