• Operates machinery to assist in the production process.
• Assemble materials as required.
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production lines.
• Transport raw materials from one place to another.
• Reviews products for quality and accuracy; reviews accompanying documents for accuracy.
• Pack goods to be shipped.
• When problems arise, resolves issues with operators and team.
• Collects and properly disposes of scrap bracing, cardboard, paper, strapping, etc., maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Lead.
• Previous manufacturing, production, printing, or similar fast-paced operational experience preferred.
• Previous Lead or supervisory experience is a plus, but candidates with demonstrated leadership potential will also be considered.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
