Position OverviewAs a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager here at Honeywell, you will be a key leader responsible for driving customer engagement and loyalty through strategic marketing initiatives. You will lead a team in developing and executing customer marketing strategies that align with business objectives. You will report directly to our Marketing Director and work out of our BA Strategic Locations on a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of individual contributors across AMRS in developing and executing customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty in our key verticals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement.
- Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data‑driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage customer segmentation and develop personalized marketing communications.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer‑focused sales enablement materials.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).

The annual base salary range for this position in Connecticut and Minnesota is $142,000 – $178,000. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, and market and business considerations.
