What You'll DoAs a Home Hemodialysis Nurse, you’ll be a trusted partner in your patients’ healthcare journey. You will:
- Deliver and manage home hemodialysis training and support.
- Monitor patients' conditions, provide education, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for patients and their families.
- Ensure all care complies with state and federal regulations, including safety and infection control.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Active RN license in the state of Kentucky (required).
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a clinical setting.
- Prior experience in hemodialysis, ICU, or CCU (highly desirable).
- Strong patient education and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
