WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:

As a nurse (LPN) at Nazareth Home, you will provide nursing services to residents consistent with their comprehensive assessment and plan of care. You will maintain a homelike environment for residents. You will protect and promote resident rights. You will assist each resident to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible.

THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse
• Current CPR certification

LOCATIONS
:
Two Nazareth Home campuses

Clifton - 2120 Payne Street, Louisville, KY 40206

• LPN – 6:30am to 7:00pm full and part time
• LPN – 6:30pm to 7:00am full time
• PRN

Highlands – 2000 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205

• LPN – 12 hour nights (6:15pm to 6:45am) full time
• LPN – 12-hour days (6:15am to 6:45pm) every other weekend
