High-Risk Breast Nurse Practitioner
Join our specialized breast health team at IDS Health, Inc as a dedicated High‑Risk Breast Nurse Practitioner, providing advanced care, complex treatment coordination, and patient support for high‑risk breast conditions.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and risk evaluations.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans with multidisciplinary teams, following current guidelines.
- Educate patients on genetic testing, screening, lifestyle changes, and prevention strategies tailored to high‑risk populations.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license, preferably with oncology certification.
- Experience in high‑risk breast care and familiarity with genetic counseling and risk assessment tools.
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system.
- Excellent communication skills for patient education.
- Critical care experience highly desirable.
In‑person role focused on delivering evidence‑based care to empower patients throughout their journey. Entry level, Full‑time.
