- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Competitive Pay: Annual base salary ranging from $105,500 - $168,400 based on experience.

As a Nurse Practitioner at Matrix, you will:
- Conduct thorough adult and geriatric assessments, including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, and health education.
- Administer and order necessary point-of-care and lab-based testing.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide services at members' residences, including homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
We’re looking for candidates who possess:
- A Master’s Degree or equivalent experience with NP licensure.
- Current NP licensure in your state, including prescription authority.
- AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in relevant specialties.
- Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
- At least 1 year of NP experience.
- A willingness to travel up to 80-90% of the time.
- Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
