• Assessment: Perform and reassess patient conditions; make independent clinical decisions.
• Plan of Care: Develop, implement, and revise patient care plans; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Evaluation: Monitor and document patient responses to interventions.
• Education: Provide and coordinate patient/family education during stay and discharge.
• Leadership: Delegate tasks, mentor/precept staff, support team collaboration, participate in quality improvement, comply with regulatory standards.
• Shift: Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), 36 hrs/week, every other weekend

Experience:

Minimum 2 years acute inpatient RN experience.

Education:

Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN).

Certifications:

Registered Nurse license BLS NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) DL COVID
