We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled caregivers but also compassionate companions—someone who brings patience, empathy, and positivity to every interaction. You will work alongside a dedicated team that values collaboration, respect, and excellence in care, all while having the opportunity to grow professionally in a rewarding and purpose-driven role.

We offer the following to our amazing employees:

  • Daily pay

  • Tuition reimbursement

  • Quarterly vacation raffle for picking up shifts for full-time employees

  • Eligible employees will receive $50 TARC pass!

  • Support residents with memory-related conditions using patience, redirection, and reassurance techniques

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure resident safety

  • Monitor and report changes in condition, behavior, or mood to the nurse

  • Obtain and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate) as directed

  • Assist with meal service and feeding, while encouraging independence when possible

  • Maintain a safe, calm, and structured environment for residents

  • Provide emotional support and companionship, building meaningful relationships with residents

  • Assist with incontinence care and maintain proper hygiene

  • Ensure accurate charting and documentation of care provided

  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information at all times

  • Communicate effectively with nurses, team members, residents, and families

  • Follow the direction from licensed nursing staff and ask questions when clarification is needed

  • Support a positive team environment and serve as a role model for peers

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors

  • Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines
