UofL Health in Louisville partners with Jefferson Community and Technical College to offer a fully funded nursing pathway through the PCA-LPN or LPN-RN tracks. Participants will work weekend shifts as PCA or LPN while attending nursing coursework during the week, with tuition reimbursement deferred.
Participants will gain hands-on hospital experience on mixed acuity units, receive weekend incentive pay and HR benefits, and may concurrently enroll in UofL Health programs.
