Qualifications
- 21+ years old
- 3+ years experience in tree work
- 1+ years climbing experience
- Clean driving record and background check
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs. and drive a large truck
- Must be able to follow direction, possess a desire to lead, have a great attitude, and be open to coaching
- CDL a plus
- Attending leadership meetings each morning
- Vehicle pre-trip inspections
- Tree climbing
- Leading a crew to complete tree climbing services
- Communicating with clients
- Asking for and meeting client expectations
- Driving a large truck and trailer
