About the Job:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Pest Control Service Technician to join our growing team in Louisville, Kentucky. As a Service Technician, you will provide high-quality pest management services to residential and commercial customers. This role involves identifying pest problems, implementing effective treatment plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

Responsibilities:

• Sealing properties to prevent pest invasions in residential and commercial properties.
• Conducting thorough inspections to identify wildlife infestations.
• Safely and humanely capturing and removing wildlife.
• Setting traps and measures to prevent wildlife re-entry.
• Educating clients on wildlife prevention and property maintenance.
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Experience as a technician or in construction (preferred)
• Familiarity with estimation software and tools (a plus)
