We are seeking a motivated and reliable Pest and Wildlife Control Service Technician in Louisville, Kentucky
. As a Service Technician, you will provide high‑quality pest and wildlife management services to residential and commercial customers, identify problems, implement treatment and exclusion plans, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

• Inspect properties to identify pest activity and potential entry points.
• Treat for pests such as roaches, spiders, ants, wasps, and other common household pests.
• Apply chemical and non‑chemical treatments safely and effectively.
• Maintain treatment records and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on pest prevention and recommend ongoing maintenance plans.
• Seal properties to prevent the invasion of unwanted wildlife in residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify wildlife infestations.
• Safely and humanely capture and remove wildlife.
• Set traps and implement measures to prevent re‑entry of wildlife.
• Educate clients on wildlife prevention and offer recommendations for property maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for every client.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Experience as a technician, in pest control, or in construction is preferable.
• Familiarity with estimation software and tools is a plus.
