We're four small animal docs looking for a fifth, in a non-corporate, AHAA-accredited
, well-staffed practice. We have a long term team with great clinic culture, cool toys like ultrasound/echocardiography, and awesome clients.
- Four day work week
- Interest in surgery and/or dentistry a plus. Mentorship / Training in either gladly provided - we have a strong mentorship culture at all levels.

Pay is salary at fair market or better based on experience and ability. We have complicated feelings about production-based pay systems in a medical care setting, but we definitely believe in paying well for hard work and skills. - D.V.M. or equivalent degree and a valid veterinary license to practice in Indiana (or ability to obtain Indiana licensure)
- Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on the latest veterinary practices
- Experience with companion animals
