Reporting to the Quality Lead, this person will be responsible for monitoring operations and processes to ensure products are produced according to standards. The role includes reviewing specifications, overseeing processes, and identifying defects in goods and materials. Some quality control inspectors provide suggestions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of machines and operations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a standard level of accuracy and organization.
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Ability to interpret complex construction plans and specifications.
• Ability to write reports using Microsoft Word or Excel.
• Ability to work with a fast‑paced team in an aggressive construction environment.
• Knowledge of the NSF standards and certifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office products including Word and Excel.
• Strong multitasking ability, working independently under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Ability to define and troubleshoot issues, analyze and interpret data, evaluate options, and make recommendations for action.
• Ability to create clear, concise test plans and cases from specifications or verbal instructions.
• 1–2 years of previous experience in QA.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of basic math required for quick and accurate counting and calculations.
• Adaptability to changes.
• Ability to read and use tape measures and basic math knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail in reading/evaluating documents.
• Experience in quality assurance preferred.
