The Product & Production Change Control Leader is responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) while managing the integration of products and process changes across the manufacturing environment. This role combines governance of quality documentation, auditing, and training with strategic oversight of change implementation to ensure compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement.

The position defines and executes business-level standards for QMS policies, manuals, and procedures, leveraging tools such as Windchill, LMS, and gage systems to maintain document control and workforce competency.
