Quality Technician

Support daily inspection demands on products in a manufacturing environment by applying testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluating results.

• Organize and report test results.

• Perform specialized inspections.

• Apply testing criteria based on specifications or standards.

• Conduct NDT inspections and visual testing.

• Perform magnetic particle and liquid penetrant testing.

• Carry out other job-related tasks as assigned.

• Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the defense industry.

• NDT certification at Level 2, SNT-TC-1A standards.

• Visual testing experience (VT).

• Proficiency in liquid penetrant testing (PT).

• Proficiency in magnetic particle testing (MT).

• A 2-year degree in a relevant field.

• Experience in quality inspection and assurance.

• NDT inspection skills.

• Strong organizational skills for reporting test results.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
