This is for a full-time or part-time position located in Louisville, Kentucky. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying and selling properties while delivering a high-touch, professional experience from first conversation through closing.

This position is also a great fit for newly licensed agents. We offer a First-Time Agent Training Program designed to teach you the fundamentals of lead generation, client consultations, contracts, transaction flow, and local market best practices—along with ongoing coaching and real-time support.

• Meeting with clients to understand goals, timelines, and budgets
• Scheduling and hosting property showings and listing appointments
• Preparing and reviewing real estate documents, offers, and contracts
• Providing market analyses, pricing guidance, and neighborhood insights
• Coordinating with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other agents
• Maintaining a strong pipeline through follow-up, CRM use, and daily activity
• Staying current on Louisville-area market trends, inventory, and financing updates
• Upholding ethical standards and compliance with Kentucky real estate regulations

• Must hold a valid Kentucky Real Estate License (or be actively completing licensing requirements).
• Interest in learning the real estate industry, transaction process, and local market trends.
• Strong customer service mindset with a desire to help clients make confident decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building relationships and networking.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time, follow a schedule, and stay organized.
• Coachable attitude and, if newer agent, a willingness to participate in the First-Time Agent Training Program.
• Basic tech skills (email, calendars, CRM); familiarity with real estate tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Louisville, KY housing market is helpful, but not required.
