• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience (training available)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media experience
• Weekend availability (Saturdays are essential)
• Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required

• Welcome prospects and residents, show apartments, and process leases
• Collect deposits and assist residents throughout the leasing process
• Maintain accurate property and resident records
• Build relationships with local businesses to promote the community
• Keep model apartments and units tour-ready
• Conduct property inspections and respond to resident inquiries
• Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies
