Temporary Research Assistant III – KSCIRC
Join the University of Louisville as a Temporary Research Assistant III in the Kentucky Spinal Cord Injury Research Center. This part‑time, temporary position supports a laboratory that investigates physiological changes after spinal cord injury in transgenic mouse models.
Position DescriptionThe selected candidate will conduct live imaging studies of the spinal cord using in vivo and ex vivo SCI models, perform quantitative analyses, dissection and cryostat sectioning of spinal cord tissue, process histological and imaging data sets using Image
J and other software, manage animal handling and care, and carry out related duties as assigned.
