Job Description
- Lead and support R&D special projects with direct business impact
- Develop research plans and present findings and recommendations
- Prepare, develop, package, and evaluate new and existing products
- Assist scientists and engineers with laboratory and pilot plant testing
- Analyze and summarize research data
- Participate in manufacturing visits, supplier meetings, and cross-functional collaboration
- Manage project timelines and proactively drive work forward with minimal supervision
