Overview
The Assistant Manager works closely with and reports to the General Manager. They are the “Every Day” leader for the restaurant, focusing on sales, guest satisfaction, restaurant cleanliness and product quality.
Responsibilities- Support daily restaurant operations and lead the team to deliver great guest experiences.
- Drive sales and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and product quality standards.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in the quick service industry
- High school education
- Desire to learn and grow
- Valid driver s license
