As a Server, you’re more than just the person bringing drinks and flights; you’re a storyteller, a vibe curator, and a whiskey master guide. Whether you’re walking guests through a flight of rare pours or helping set the tone during a packed live activation, you make every table feel like the best seat in the house.

• Deliver warm, attentive service to all guests on the patio, in the lounge, and beyond
• Confidently guide guests through our menu of Whistle Pig cocktails, limited‑edition flights, and elevated small bites
• Accurately ring in orders using our POS system and ensure timely delivery with style and precision
• Collaborate with bartenders, barbacks, and fellow servers to keep the guest experience seamless and smooth
• Help set the tone during whiskey tastings, events (weekdays and weekends), and live experiences, creating a space that feels both electric and elevated
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests

• 12 years of experience in a full‑service restaurant, cocktail lounge, or high‑volume hospitality space
• 18+ years old; it’s the law
• STAR certification required
• Genuine passion for whiskey, storytelling, and creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to stay cool and collected in fast‑paced situations while juggling multiple tables
• A strong team player who brings positivity, professionalism, and a sense of fun
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills – bonus points for a good whiskey pun

• The compensation for this role is a competitive hourly wage plus tips
