Job Description

Summary: The Crew Member is responsible for creating quality food and providing exceptional guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:

• Prepping, cooking, packaging, and serving food for our guests in a timely fashion while following food safety and brand standards.
• Creating a fun, fast-paced atmosphere for our guests by greeting them and ensuring their order is delightful.
• Cleaning prep area, equipment, and assigned restaurant stations.
• Being on time for work, wearing approved uniform attire, and maintaining a friendly smile.
• Perform all other tasks as directed by the company leadership team.

Position Requirements:

• Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Possess valid documentation to work within the United States.

Additional Information: This is for a position at a franchised Moe’s Southwest Grill location.
