Description:
We are looking for a Guest Experience Leader to work in our restaurant between 8am and 8pm. The role involves creating feel-good moments with customers by greeting them, offering help with ordering, checking on their satisfaction, and handling concerns.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
- Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
- Offering assistance to those in need of extra help
- Checking with guests once they have their food to ensure satisfaction
- Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
- Handling concerns and communicating with the restaurant team
