Mashup Food Hall is seeking energetic and reliable Busser & Event Support team members to join our Front-of-House crew. In this role, you'll help create a clean, organized, and lively environment for guests while supporting our bar, food vendors, and community events. From resetting tables to assisting during live music nights, your work helps set the tone for an exceptional guest experience.

• Maintain indoor, patio, and event seating areas in a guest-ready condition
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Manage tray/glassware return stations and keep FOH areas clutter-free
• Refill water, condiments, and shared service stations throughout shifts
• Assist bar staff with ice, glassware restocking, and trash removal during peak hours
• Support event setup and breakdown (moving tables, stocking supplies, resetting layouts)
• Help during private rentals, live music, and ticketed events with bussing, cleanup, and guest way finding
• Report maintenance or guest recovery needs to the Market Manager/Bar Lead
• Participate in pre-shift meetings for event/service updates
• Perform opening and closing tasks (cleaning, sanitizing, restocking)
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards to meet health requirements
• Jump in to assist coworkers and vendors when needed

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work fast and stay adaptable in a high-volume, multi-concept environment
• Strong teamwork skills with a "no task too small" attitude
• Positive energy and commitment to guest experience
• Must be 18+ (some duties involve working around alcohol service)

• Demonstrates knowledge and ability to execute restaurant standards.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• 1 Year of Restaurant Bartending Experience.
• 1 Year of customer service experience.

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
