We are hiring a Customer Service Team Member / Person-in-Charge (PIC). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of leadership, hands-on work, and customer interaction. In this position, you will:

• Be the primary point of contact on the sales floor during your shift
• Assist staff and customers with questions or concerns
• Assign tasks, monitor breaks, and help manage staffing challenges
• Open or close the store, including safe and register counts
• Maintain safety and operational standards while communicating origins with management

You will also provide excellent customer service, help customers find products, process purchases, and keep shelves stocked and organized.

This positionриз reports to the department manager with oversight from the Store Manager. Hours are flexible and may be part-time (up to 30 hours/week) or full-time (up to 40 hours/week).

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
• Assist customers in locating products tšo and answering questions
• Process purchases accurately and handle cash responsibly
• Stock shelves, rotate and label products correctly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and return protocols
• Perform additional duties to support smooth store operations

• Lift up to 20 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
• Stand, walk, twist, squat, kneel, or climb as needed
• Occasionally work in coolers or rentable
