• $10k Fast Start Bonus per Month for 12 months, $120k First Year – requires one new commercial account with at least 250 employees, every two weeks.
• $2,500 First Week Training Pay for the first five training days.
• $500 per virtual appointment bonus with food – no bonus limit.
• Up to $1,500 per week for meeting minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment.
• 200% of the profit margin for the first 90 days of orders shipped.
• 40% – 59% of the profit margin after 90 days.
• Up to $10k new client account credits.
• Up to $5k new account donation credits.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years direct technology sales experience and proven ability to sell advanced AI and green data‑center solutions.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a pipeline of large commercial accounts (250+ employees), secure qualified onsite appointments, and close revenue drives with a performance‑based incentive structure.
