DPL Financial Partners is seeking motivated Sales Support Associates to join our team of dedicated insurance experts. Our mission is to help people achieve lifelong financial security.
This is an onsite role in Louisville, Kentucky, working Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities- Contact new and existing prospects from established leads database.
- Set appointments and participate in onboarding calls/meetings to inform B2B customers about DPL products and services.
- Maintain and monitor membership opportunities within Salesforce.
- Support your team by leveraging our technology to find better solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with Sales Consultants and Operations support team to ensure application accuracy.
- Partner with sales consultants to improve territory management and product knowledge.
- Learn DPL's systems, sales model, and carrier products.
- A strong work ethic and desire to learn and succeed.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills.
- Active listening and seeking clarification when needed.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical skills to interpret complex information.
- Quick learner with effective application of product and market knowledge.
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and identify client needs.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must obtain state life and health licenses, SIE, and Series 6 and 63 licenses if not already licensed.
