Pay Range

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Builder Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Builder Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our builder accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in builder sales or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Flooring industry
  • Experience with RFMS software and sales automation tools
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Manage and grow builder accounts by building strong relationships with key decision‑makers
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance and market trends
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics
Skills

As a Builder Sales Account Manager, you will utilize your excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with key decision‑makers. You will also use your strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Your ability to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices, as well as your experience with CRM software and sales automation tools, will be critical to your success in this role.
