Assist the Sales Manager and field representatives in day-to-day activities, including customer outreach, case coordination, and product logistics.
Support sales calls, demonstrations, and product evaluations in hospitals, surgery centers, and clinical settings.
Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, and supply chain partners to ensure high-quality service and responsiveness.
Coordinate product availability, consignment, and order fulfillment in collaboration with Operations and Customer Service teams.
Track and report sales activity, pipeline progress, and key metrics using CRM and internal reporting systems.
Participate in product and procedural training to build deep knowledge of the company’s portfolio and clinical applications.
Assist with regional marketing events, educational programs, and new product launches.
Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and hospital credentialing standards.
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field required.
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in medical device, healthcare sales, or related customer-facing role preferred.
Prior exposure to orthopedic or surgical environments a plus.
Skills &
Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).Comfortable working in clinical settings, including operating rooms.
Physical and Travel Requirements Frequent travel within assigned region; may require early mornings or extended hours to support surgical cases.
Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 40 lbs.
Must meet hospital credentialing and immunization requirements.
