Truck Leasing Sales Representative | Louisville & Bowling Green Territory

Overview

The Lease Salesperson Representative is responsible for leasing new and used heavy duty and medium duty trucks. The role increases market penetration by selling and developing market strategies to qualified customers in the designated area and achieving unit goals and gross profit.

• Contact new prospects via in‑person cold calls, direct mail programs, email, and telemarketing.
• Use the CRM tool to provide and manage information.
• Develop and present sales proposals to prospects and new customers.
• Communicate with the sales team through daily correspondence and weekly meetings.
• Maintain and expand the customer base through strong relationships and personal engagement.
• Pursue training on new product features by participating in Paccar Leasing and Kenworth Truck Company opportunities and demonstrate knowledge of the industry and competition.
• Maintain and develop the annual sales plan using corporate documentation procedures, such as call reports and expense reports.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Position requires a high school diploma and 5 years of sales experience in the truck or commercial equipment field.

Ability to operate motor vehicles and maintain a safe driving record. A commercial driver’s license is preferred but not required.

Flexible work schedule with possible evenings, weekends, and extended hours. Adaptability to frequent travel, sometimes on short notice, is essential.
