Medical Spa Sales Consultant

REQUIRED - please do not apply without this. At least 2 years in one of the following, with a personal sales target you were held to: (a) selling treatments, packages or memberships inside a medical spa, day spa, aesthetics clinic, dermatology or plastic surgery practice, or a beauty or wellness location; or (b) pharmaceutical, medical device, or aesthetics industry sales calling on physicians, clinics or medical practices.

This is a sales role, not a front desk role, and it is not entry level.

Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa is looking for a motivated and client-focused Medical Spa Sales Consultant to join our team in Louisville, KY. You will sit with clients, understand what they want to change, build the right treatment plan, and close the package or membership in that consultation. You will carry a monthly sales goal.

Compensation: $20 per hour plus commission.

Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate services.

Educate clients about treatments, packages and products.

Present and close high-value treatment packages and memberships.

Guide clients through financing options and applications.

Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Work closely with the clinical team to deliver an excellent client experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience either inside a medical spa, day spa, aesthetics clinic, dermatology or plastic surgery practice, or a beauty or wellness location, OR in pharmaceutical, medical device or aesthetics industry sales. This is required.

A personal monthly sales or membership target that you were held to, and a record of closing at the point of consultation rather than only booking appointments.

Comfortable discussing premium pricing and asking for the sale.

Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Experience with financing applications is a plus.
