Job Description: Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer. Join our team as a Special Response/Flex Security Guard and adapt from one mission to the next. As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary daily, with customer service, patrols, or surveillance responsibilities. Adapt with agility and precision.

• Monitor premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – even better
• State license if required
